With our multiple army boot camp locations at Pure Power Boot Camp you will go through an indoor obstacle and confidence course right alongside your platoon.

Working out with a friend or in a group our army boot camp workout keeps you motivated and builds support. It may be too hard for you to decide to do that extra ten crunches, but with a team supporting you, twenty crunches will seem realistic.

Even just working alongside a personal trainer can be a great source of motivation, putting you on the right track and pushing you harder.

A study done by the International Journal of Stress Management in 2005 found that people are more calm and feel more benefits from their workout in a group more than if they worked out alone. Men especially find it important to have that camaraderie and increased competition that comes along with working with others.
