Our Fitness Boot Camp Recruits
The fitness boot camp NYC platoons consist of 10-16 recruits varying in levels of fitness. Men and women, recruits for fitness boot camp, of all shapes, sizes, levels and ages are welcomed. YOU DO NOT need to get into shape before enlisting here! POSITIVE ENERGY IS A MUST from our boot camp fitness recruits. The desire to challenge and to do the best you can is a requirement. You decide to enlist in fitness boot camp training NYC to push yourself to step outside your comfort zone! IT is time to shock your body!
All fitness boot camp recruits wear fatigues. Bootcamps NYC require you to change in tents and have open minds. No self deprecating and no quitting allowed!! The obstacles in Pure Power boot camp fitness training represent the obstacles in the every day world. Approach, embrace, and conquer! You will overcome physical and emotional obstacles you never thought possible!

|YOU MUST SIGN IN ON THE ROSTER|
|LEARN AND UNDERSTAND PPBC’S 11 PRINCIPLES OF LEADERSHIP; FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A CONSEQUENCE TO YOUR WHOLE PLATOON|
|WEAR YOUR UNIFORM (FATIGUES); YOU WILL BE ADDED TO THE “KILL BOARD” IF YOU FAIL TO DO SO (THAT IS NEVER A FUN EXPERIENCE)|
|IF YOU ARE CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING YOUR PLATOON SESSION, YOU MUST CALL AND INFORM US; YOU WILL LOSE A SESSION IF YOU DO NOT CALL. IF YOU DO THAT MORE THAN 3 TIMES… WE STALK YOU!!!|
|YOU HAVE 6 TIMES TO RESCHEDULE DURING YOUR “TOUR OF DUTY”; YOU ARE ENTITLED TO SIX MAKEUPS|
