Boot Camp Fitness Programs
The initial program is called the Tour of Duty, which consists of either four days per week for six weeks or three times per week for eight weeks (for the more time pressed recruits). Each warrior boot camp fitness program session lasts one hour long and is filled with non stop action so the recruit never focuses on the clock. If a recruit does not show up or cancel, we call the recruit in the middle of the NIGHT!!

Our original idea of a warrior fitness boot camp style program boasts 94% of our recruits re-enlist in a maintenance program to go to the next level after their tour of duty is completed.
Our boot camp fitness programs (packages) range from 24, 36, 48, 72, 96 sessions and unlimited for the year. The more sessions the recruit buys in bulk the greater the discount. Maintenance programs are designed to focus on more specific fitness goals and to make sure the recruits fitness never plateaus.

Why an obstacle course? Pure Power Boot Camp recruits train on many of the same obstacles that the 4 branches of The United States Armed Forces utilize. PPBC focuses on maximizing results in a very challenging yet fun environment. The obstacles in PPBC parallel the obstacles in the real every day world. We encourage the recruit to take each obstacle head on, to overcome and conquer them! It has been proven that the more a person is engaged in something the more the person will be committed to a lifestyle of fitness.
Our indoor obstacle/confidence course keeps the recruit and the entire platoon stimulated both mentally as well as physically. The obstacles are used in many different ways depending on the recruit’s fitness level. It is an ever-changing environment that constantly keeps the recruits on their toes never knowing what will be thrown at them next! Pure Power Boot Camp has an aversion to monotony. Each hour in PPBC promises to be intense, unique and EMPOWERING!
